Gaje is professionally recognized as the worlds leading authority on Knife Fighting and the Filipino Martial Arts. For more than three decades he has trained military, law enforcement, and private citizens worldwide in the Filipino fighting system of Pekiti-Tirsia Kali.

Mr. Gaje has developed police & military close-quarters combat programs and trained military special operations forces across the world. Currently he serves as a senior consultant to the Philippine national government conducting training programs for military and law enforcement units engaged in joint allied counter-terrorism operations in the pacific region.

We will be focusing our skill development on safely and dynamically bridging the gap

between long and short ranges, the use of the stick at close quarters as a aid to grappling,

and the connection points between the basic drills.  We are pleased to have Jason Jones as

a guest instructor at the camp.

PEKITI-TIRSIA KALI FILIPINO BLADEFIGHTING SYSTEM EDGED WEAPONS / IMPACT WEAPONS / EMPTY HANDS ***COMBAT SKILLS SEMINAR***  conducted by Master Instructor Tim Waid Pekiti-Tirsia Kali is a close-quarter, in-fighting combat system against multiple opponents based on the use of the Blade.   Pekiti-Tirsia is a system of complete strategies and tactics utilizing all close quarters weaponry, at all ranges, that provide protection from strikes and attacks, destruction of opponents weapons, and domination of any combat or self defense situation. Maginoo Timothy D. Waid is a certified Master Instructor of the Pekiti-Tirsia Kali System and President of the Pekiti-Tirsia Kali Global Organization. Mr. Waid also instructs military units and law enforcement agencies worldwide in operator/officer survival and specialized tactical training programs. He currently serves as a Tactical Training Instructor to the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine National Police, government agencies and private business.  Instruction will focus on Combat Bladefighting tactics and application with Edged Weapons, Impact Weapons and Empty-Hands. This training seminar will provide you with clear and concise knowledge, understanding, and skills to successfully attack, bridge, quarter, and terminate single and multiple opponents at any range. YOU WILL TRAIN and DEVELOP: Strategic footwork maneuvering that will enable you to never be hit. Proper execution of combat Bladefighting strategy, tactics, and techniques. Combat fighting with the Blade – not sport stickfighting. Complete Empty-Hands close-quarters combat skills to preempt attacks, destroy an opponents attempt to enter, and dominate an adversary through the use of all natural weapons of the body.
